AVENE ACTIVATED INCENTIVE PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. All entries are via www.aveneactivated.com.au as promoted on the Australian Eau Thermale Avene website. Eligible participants are required to answer simple multiple choice questions as found on the Avene Activated website, participants must log on using your personal username and password, follow the appropriate prompts, answer the questions , provide all of the required details and information including but not limited to. Maximum of only one web entry per person per module (6 modules per year). Incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. This is a trade training incentive, and designed for pharmacy staff only.
2. Entry to this trade training incentive is only open to staff members of Australian pharmacies who stock the Eau Thermale Avene product range. Employees and their immediate families of Genepharm Pty Ltd and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
3. Module One promotion commences on 1.8.07 at 00:01 (AEST) to and concludes on 30.9.07 at 23:59 (AEST)
4. Entry conditions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Gifts cannot be transferred. Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. The first 500 correct entries will be given the nominated gift as selected by Genepharm Pty Ltd. Gifts will be distributed by Genepharm within a reasonable time during the module.
6. Only one gift per person will be awarded.
7. Gift winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their gift they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
8. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the gift, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the gift. It is a condition of accepting the gift that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
9. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.
10. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
11. Winners will be notified instantly via the website and also by mail during the module time.
12. Gift values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All gift values are in Australian dollars.
13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any gift/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Once gifts have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
15. All entries become the property of the promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below or to Nissan at www.nissan.com.au/privacy.
16. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the gift at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the gift will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
